This has been one of my favorite projects yet. This customer reached out wanting something that was unique to the area in which his son killed his first bird. He was wanting some locally sourced Cypress but we couldn't find any in a price range that was reasonable. So I ended up finding some swamp oak that was cut really close to where this bird was taken. This turned out to be a challenge as I had to make a couple pots to get the right one. I feel the call turned out great and will be a wonderful addition to a vest. This pot is paired with a purple heart striker is going to be the ultimate locating call.
