Help us welcome Aaron and Sallie Crowl officially to the Mow Down ALS races and charity! We are very excited to be working side by side with them through this.

A turning of the page:
Many have seen that Mow Down ALS founders, Dave Scharold and wife Angie are no longer part of the races and charity. While we are very thankful for everything that Dave and Angie both have devoted to Mow Down ALS for all of these years, we found ourselves in need of a new president to man the ship. We are excited to announce that we have found the perfect head of our organization!

We proudly Introduce you all to Mr. Aaron Crowl as the official President of Mow Down ALS!
Aaron has come to us with lots of experience in both mower racing, and real life ALS experience.

Many of you know that Aaron and his late wife, Stacey Crowl founded and ran the ARMA association for years. Before Aaron founded ARMA, he was a key member in the USLMRA. Aaron has decades of all things mower racing under his belt. He has managed, overseen, planned, and carried out some of the largest races in the country during his tenure in the mower racing world. Recently, he has found a new passion in announcing events, and has became one of the most sought after pulling tractor announcers in the country.

Aaron also brings to us his deep passion for helping to find a cure for ALS. Aaron’s late wife Stacey unfortunately passed way too early in life from ALS. Aaron and his girls, Ashley and Alicia could do nothing more than hope and pray for a cure as they watched the awful disease take Stacey away from them. Their entire family have all been avid supporters and spokespeople for finding a cure for ALS since Stacey was diagnosed. Both girls are currently on our Mow Down ALS board, and with the blessing of both Ashley and Alicia, the entire board thought it was best to bring Aaron in as president during our new era.

We are also happy to welcome Aaron’s new wife Sallie in the fold as well. Sallie has stepped up to take over the books, manage day to day operations, and keep secretarial notes for the time being. We are all very thankful for Sallie and everything that she is putting into this to make it all happen.

Please join us in giving the best warm welcome to both Aaron and Sallie Crowl!

With all of that said, the show will MOW on! We are all working together behind the scenes to bring you an amazing MOW DOWN ALS 9! See you at the races!
