My youngest hurdler. 11 Y/O in just her second day. It is a great feeling to see a kid learn something knew, and you see the look on their face, after! It's priceless.

Learning to apply force, and keeping posture, are 2 things that turn a “fast kid” to an elite. Malik is heading in that direction.

“Hurdles are my worst of the 7 events.” So we are going try and change that before she goes back to school.

Anyone that can instill coordination into youth athletes while also teaching them new ideas….YOU coaches are the GOATS, and make the lives of coaches after you, easier.

Posture is an important as when it comings to positions, in going into and coming off of a hurdle.

Goal has been set in the sprint races, and she going after it.
