Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We remember the families who lost loved ones, the first responders who gave everything, and the courage, unity, and strength that followed.

Our Excel Cheer athletes had a “Dress Like Your Water Bottle” practices this week and they absolutely understood the assignment! ✨

From matching colors to full on bottle inspired outfits, our girls brought the creativity, energy, and plenty of laughs! 😆

⭐️ Everyone Meet Star ⭐️

Genesis got a NEW team member yesterday, and we are SO excited to introduce everyone to Star the bunny! 🌟

Star will be joining us at every practice throughout the season!
Every Thursday, our coaches will choose one cheerleader who has worked especially hard, shown great effort, and given their best that week. That cheerleader will get to take Star home for the weekend.⭐️

We can’t wait to see where Star’s adventures take her! ⭐️ 💙 😆
