SOME WEEKS REQUIRE MORE THAN A BOTTLE. 🚗🔨

That’s why we created our Smash-a-Car experience.

This isn’t a tiny prop or a staged photo opportunity. It is a real vehicle waiting for you to swing, hit and release everything the week has been building inside you.

The pressure.

The frustration.

The conversation you’re still replaying.

The responsibility of being the person everyone depends on.

Bring it all into the room. Take it out on the car. Walk away knowing you finally gave those feelings somewhere else to go.

A new car arrives each week and stays with us throughout that weekend—so every group leaves its mark.

What part are you going for first: door, hood or trunk?

09/15/2026

DID YOU KNOW YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT FOR A HUGE GROUP TO PLAN A SMASH?

Some of the best Break Room Therapy visits are simply:

❤️ Two friends who desperately need a night out
🔨 A couple doing something different for date night
🎂 A small birthday celebration
😂 Coworkers who are DONE with the week
💥 A family ready to make a mess they don’t have to clean up

Many of our regular packages are one total price for groups of 2–4 people—not a separate full package price for every participant.

So text the people who always say, “We need to do something soon.”

This is the something.

Who belongs in your smashing crew?

QUICK MONDAY CHECK-IN:

If you could write ONE thing on a plate and smash it today, what would it say?

Maybe it’s…

WORK
MONEY
ANXIETY
MONDAY
MY EX
OTHER PEOPLE’S EXPECTATIONS
—or simply—
I AM SO DAMN TIRED.

You don’t have to explain the whole story. You don’t even have to use complete sentences.

Just tell us what deserves to meet a hammer today. 🔨

We’ll go first:

The stress of another slow week.

Now it’s your turn. What are we breaking?

School. Sports. Homework. Band practice. Appointments. Work. Laundry. Dishes. Groceries. Emails. Permission slips. Dinner.

And somehow, everyone still needs clean clothes, the house needs picked up and someone is asking what’s for dinner before you’ve even figured out what day it is.

Life piles up—and it doesn’t only pile up for the adults.

The kids feel it.
The teens feel it.
The parents feel it.
The entire house can feel when everyone is running on empty.

So when was the last time you said:

"F- it. We are not cleaning up another mess today. We are going to MAKE ONE."

For 25 minutes, nothing has to be organized, corrected, folded, scheduled or handled perfectly.

Come break things instead of fixing everything.
Make a mess instead of cleaning one.
Yell if you need to. Laugh if it happens.
Write down what’s weighing on you—and then smash the hell out of it.

You don’t always need another productive evening.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is give yourself—and your family—permission to put the responsibilities down and just LET GO.

Break Room Therapy is here when your whole house needs a break. 🔨💥

🎂 Why settle for cake and candles when you can SMASH your way into another year?

Birthdays are usually about celebrating what’s ahead—but sometimes they’re also about letting go of what the last year put you through.

The stress.
The disappointment.
The things that didn’t go as planned.
The people, problems and expectations you’re ready to leave behind.

At Break Room Therapy, you can celebrate making it through another year while physically breaking away from the things you don’t want following you into the next one.

Write it on a plate.
Swing the hammer.
Watch it shatter.
Then walk into your next chapter a little lighter.

Whether you’re celebrating with friends, family or giving yourself the birthday release you desperately need, come make this birthday one you’ll actually remember.

Cake is great. Candles are cute.
But smashing into your next year? That hits differently. 🎉🔨

Book your birthday session with Break Room Therapy—because sometimes the best birthday gift is permission to finally let some s**t go.

This Isn't Trash

You might look at this picture and see a dustpan full of trash.
Broken plastic. Rust. Glass. Pieces of a car that need to be swept up and thrown away.

But that's not what we see.
We see the aftermath of someone who gave themselves permission to FEEL.
We see the pieces left behind after someone picked up a bat, hammer or crowbar and gave that car everything they had.

Maybe it was anger.
Maybe it was grief.
Maybe it was stress, heartbreak, frustration, exhaustion—or something they couldn't even put into words.

For those 15 minutes, they didn't have to hold it together.
They didn't have to smile.
They didn't have to tell anyone they were "fine."
They were allowed to hit something.
Allowed to yell.
Allowed to cry.
Allowed to laugh.
Allowed to FEEL whatever showed up.
And when they were finished?
We swept it up.

Because that's part of what we do here.
So no, when I look at this picture, I don't see a dustpan full of trash.
I see emotions that somebody didn't have to carry home with them.
I see anger left on the floor.
I see frustration shattered into pieces.
I see someone who gave themselves space to let go—even if just for a little while.

And THAT is why Break Room Therapy has never just been about breaking things. ❤️🔨
Sometimes the mess you make is exactly the mess you needed to leave behind.

Today, we remember. ❤️

25 years ago, September 11, 2001 became a date none of us would ever forget.

We remember the lives that were lost.

We remember the families whose loved ones never came home.

We remember the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, dispatchers, medical teams, military members, volunteers, and ordinary people who ran toward others when everything around them was chaos.

And we remember that grief doesn't follow a calendar.

For some, today is history. For others, it is still deeply personal. There are families who have now carried an empty seat at the table for 25 years. First responders who still live with the physical and emotional effects of that day. And an entire generation who can still remember exactly where they were when they heard the news.

Whatever else may divide us, today doesn't need to be about politics.

It can simply be about people.

About remembering those we lost, honoring those who helped, and holding a little extra space for the people for whom September 11 will never be just another date on the calendar.

We remember. ❤️

OKAY… YOU GUYS REALLY LIKED SMASHING THOSE PRINTERS. 😂🖨️🔨

Those of you who booked with us today got a little extra destruction with a FREE PRINTER added to your session — and apparently printers have some enemies out there. 😂

So we decided…
💥 WE’RE EXTENDING IT ONE MORE DAY! 💥
Book a session for TOMORROW, Friday September 11th, and we’ll throw in a FREE PRINTER to smash with your booking!

But here’s the important part:
🚨 We are NOT extending this into Saturday. 🚨

Friday is your last chance.
So if you’ve been saying, “We need to go do something,” or this week has given you approximately 847 reasons to hit something with a hammer…
Make the plans. Book the session. Come destroy a printer. 😂🔨
Tomorrow only. Then the printers go back to being regular package items.

Who needs to take out some aggression on an innocent office appliance? 👀🖨️💥
Ages 13+ | DONT WAIT- BOOK NOW!

💜🩵 Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. 🩵💜

There are some things we will never treat as “just another social media awareness day.”

This is one of them.
At Break Room Therapy, we meet people every single day carrying things nobody else in the room can see. Grief. Anger. Trauma. Anxiety. Heartbreak. Exhaustion. Sometimes simply the weight of trying to make it through another damn day.

It’s one of the reasons the back of our mental health shirts says:
DEAR PERSON BEHIND ME,
YOU MATTER.
DON’T QUIT.

Because maybe the person standing behind us needs to read it.
Maybe the person scrolling past this post needs to read it.
Maybe you need to read it today.
You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to pretend you're okay when you're not. You don't have to earn the right to ask for help.

And feelings aren't reserved for a certain age, gender, background, or situation. Humans have feelings. Period.
So today—and every day—we want you to know there is space in this world for you.
Stay.

Your story isn't finished yet. 💜🩵
If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
And to the person behind us:
You matter. Don't quit. 💜
