A straight set victory for the Bucs over the Lynx gets Maritime back to .500 at 3-3 heading into the weekend.

Natalie Gale led the Bucs with eight kills. Maliah Servino added seven with three solo blocks at the net. Olivia Casabona posted 14 assists. Holly Sanders tallied four aces and 24 digs in the defensive end.

The Bucs are in New Hampshire on Saturday for a non-conference tri-match with New England College and Regis beginning at 1pm.

For the second straight week, Holly Sanders has been named MASCAC volleyball Defensive Player of the Week!

She recorded 56 digs this week, 33 in a five set win over Thomas on Thursday and 23 against Coast Guard. She added six aces and posted a reception percentage of .963.

New week, new slate of games!⚓🏴‍☠️

🏐 Volleyball has a busy week on the road, beginning with Curry on Tuesday at 6pm. They'll travel to Boston on Thursday to play lesley at 8pm. Then, on Saturday, they're in New Hampshire to play Regis and New England College beginning at 1pm.

⚽ Men's soccer hosts Suffolk on Tuesday at 7pm. Then, on Friday, they travel to Central Mass to play Worcester State in conference play.

⚽ Women's Soccer has a pair of home games this week. First is New England College on Wednesday, followed by a conference match against Worcester on Saturday at noon.

👟 Men's cross country and women's cross country open their 2026 slate of races on Saturday at UMass Dartmouth.

🚣 Rowing travels to SUNY Maritime on Saturday for the SUNY Monomoy Regatta.

⛵ Sailing is in Maine and Connecticut this weekend for regattas at Bowdoin and Yale.

Final from Buzzards Bay! The Bucs win their conference opener against Dean, 70-0.

Maritime ran for a program high 526 yards with 21 different players carrying the ball. Quarterback Joe Schwartz led the way with 77 yards and two touchdowns. Evan Pierce completed two passes for 44 yards and two touchdowns. Both touchdown passes were to Santiago Martinez.

Defensively, Ian Gauch recorded three tackles with a sack and a TFL. Alex Mott had three tackles, a sack and a TFL.

On special teams, Grayson Smith converted seven of seven PATs

The Bucs are off next week and will be back on the gridiron at home on Saturday, September 26th against Plymouth State for homecoming.

Men's soccer went down 1-0 to Bridgewater in the 50th minute of their conference clash on Friday night. Then, in the 73rd minute, Jame Munroe fired a shot into the bottom right corner from long range to tie the game at 1-1. The teams went on to split the point in their MASCAC matchup by the same final.

The Bucs are back home on Tuesday, September 15th, to take on Suffolk at 7pm.

After losing the first two sets of their home opening match to Thomas, the Buccaneers stormed back to win the match in five sets, 3-2.

Maliah Servino led Maritime offensively with 13 kills, Grace Bennet provided 19 assists, Holly Sanders recorded 33 digs and six Service Aces in the victory.

The Bucs are at Coast Guard on Saturday, September 12th, to take on the Bears at 1pm.

Karah Deveau recorded a hat trick, freshman Stella Votaw scored her first-career goal, Senior Captain Ayla Santoro scored her second of the season, and senior Julia Glotfelty scored the first of her career in the Bucs 6-0 win over Mitchell Wednesday night.

The Bucs are on the road on Saturday to play Bridgewater State in conference play at 1pm.
