Whether you suffer from a chronic condition or injury, or are recovering from surgery, our skilled therapists will work with you to lessen pain and speed healing and strengthening. From elite athletes to those who lead less active lifestyles, we have helped many people in the local community. Schaal Physical Therapy and Fitness Center is a cutting edge, one-of-a-kind physical therapy clinic, and the ONLY clinic in the area to offer a complete and full spectrum treatment of an injured athlete/patient from start to finish. We offer physical therapy, speech therapy, sports performance, strength and conditioning, and specialized services such as functional dry needling, lymphedema, women's/mens health, and functional taping. Our fitness center offers personal trainers to motivate you. Our specialty is getting you into an exercise routine that not only works for your body, but also your hectic schedule. Working with you as your partner, our certified athletic trainer is here to help you stay focused on attaining your individual goals while providing the necessary motivation, inspiration and leadership to help you stay fit for life. We offer all of these services at two locations. The Schaal Fitness Center is located at 942 Rose Ave. and the Schaal Therapy Center is located at 334 South 13th Street in Burlington.

Burlington got two TD passes from Weston Schaal and beat Wray for the first time since 2018, 36-14. Schaal made his first start at QB since tearing up his knee in February of 2025. He was our X-Factor of the Night.
