Summer is ending, and that means Monday Yoga is BACK!

Drop into Yoga for all levels at 5:30pm.
Beginners are welcome!
$10 or 1 class pass.
Your first studio class is free!

Monday Yoga is BACK!

Join us on Monday or Wednesday for Yoga, or Thursday for Hot. Yoga! Due to the Bridge Race, we will not have our Saturday class this week.

Tammy was such a beautiful soul, and she will be deeply missed. She was one of the first people that gave me a “chance” in Burlington when I opened my studio, She first invited me into the art center to teach Yoga, and then later into The Capitol. I’ll miss the conversations we had about Astrology, Enneagrams, and the mysterious history of this planet. I’ll miss that sweet smile and soft, gentle spirit she always had when we crossed paths. We love you so much, Tammy. Rest peacefully.❤️

Washington Street is still closed due to the water main break and repair, but you can access the studio through Columbia street or the road by The Som & train tracks. There is plenty of parking in front of the studio (and garage) and across the street. You can also park next door at Wyatt’s or Ohzone.
