GROW is committed to providing physical & emotional wellness through yoga and fitness, informed childbirth education, and a compassionate & fun community for all who build and grow families. People of any race, ethnicity, relationship status, sexual orientation, or gender identity are welcome, and we work to reflect that pillar in the language we use and the classes we teach. Our offerings include: prenatal/postnatal/parents yoga, barre & fitness; childbirth education; pregnancy & new parent support groups; playgroups & children's yoga; and birth & postpartum doula services.

My second kid lived in the carrier. Mostly out of necessity but also because he loved it! And I always remember this time of year getting a little tripped up about how to layer and babywear. Scarfs? Hats? Puffy jackets? It can feel overwhelming!

We are collaborating with Radiate to bring families a morning of art and movement. For kids ages 1-4 and parents who couldn't fully commit to a weekend class but loveeee having options to get out of the house and be with other families on a Sunday AM.

Ps this is not just for the person who is a dancer and has a 6 month old baby who loves the carrier. This is for that person, AND for pregnant folks, folks with toddlers who still like carriers, little babies just learning how much they love the carrier, terrible dancers, people who are dance curious, basically anyone who likes having fun with this babe.

Mamas, I know some days feel so hard and the to do list is never ending. But sometimes you can take a photo of Snowman teaching the yoga class and then you’re the best mom ever, get loads of belly laughs, and it’s all worth it.🥹✨ grateful that being a mom also means I have to play and me a little silly even on the busiest days 🪄

“That doesn’t exist around here,” was the comment I got when I was telling a newly postpartum friend about VerMamas. She asked how I made friends postpartum.

4.5 years later I can still say my VerMamas group was paramount in how I decided I was going to be a mom and showed me that Village parenting was a nonnegotiable.

Our next round of VerMamas begins next week and there are still two spots left! If you have been looking for more community, you do live in a place that has this resource, lean in 💚

Reviews are so important! It is how we literally find everything from the restaurants we go to, to the mechanics we don’t go to.

BABYWEARING DANCE just landed a spot on your schedule every Saturday!

Class will be 1 hour, with first 15 minutes designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable in your carrier while we do our community check in. Followed by 45 mins of straight fun, smiles, and a good workout.

Perfect for parents of babies, toddlers, and even pregnant folks who want to move their hips and use dance as some of the best birth prep you can do (hello hip mobility🤩)

🤔People get a text or email from me and think it’s AI but it’s not AI and maybe it should be AI but AI doesn’t actually care how you are doing postpartum or if you need anything but I do but if you think it’s AI so you don’t reply so maybe I should lean more into AI but truly, while AI can replace so many jobs, I’m not sure it should. Like this sentence above, clearlyyyy I wrote it all by myself 😘

So when you get a text or email from us, I kind of just need you to know, we love you and we are not going to let AI become your childbirth educator or postpartum doula (because we love you) 💚
