The secret to never scrambling for content? A system you actually run every week.

Here's what my weekly content workflow looks like behind the scenes:

➡️ Back up all phone content to Google Photos and move client content into their designated folder
➡️ Import all camera photos, clear the memory card, and charge the camera while it happens
➡️ Run a Claude Cowork task every Sunday to organize my downloads folder, because by Friday it's a disaster
➡️ Tag client photos in Google Photos so I can search by name or location in seconds
➡️ Map out upcoming B-roll opportunities by looking at my schedule and identifying moments worth capturing

It's not glamorous. But it's the reason I can manage 10 accounts without constantly running out of phone storage.
