The two-hour sessions include a challenging cardio program, an aggressive strength/endurance session, supportive one-on-one technique training and creative coordination enhancement -- all in one workout. Each workout offers men and women plenty of opportunities to discover the secrets of boxing as a sport and as a form of self-defense.

Well everyone, the boys are back from Memphis and while Damien fought very well and very hard, he lost his 3rd fight by decision! We are very proud of this young man.
