Another great time at the 10th annual Jujitsu at the Beach hosted by Professor Lane, Geoff Lane , and Monica Medina . Getting together and training is always a memorable experience. Mahalo.

Dojo Hanbo class this weekend at BDD. We covered 5 basic strikes, built those into escalating threat scenarios and finished with waza for locks and chokes.
