Give yourself an evening to slow down and truly listen within.
Join us for a deeply immersive evening of restorative yoga, meditation, and the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Together, we’ll take time to quiet the mind, soften the body, and listen within.
This experience invites you to:
● Honor what has grown.
● Release what no longer serves.
● Make space for what is next.
Give yourself the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect as the season changes.

Sometimes, the body notices what the mind is still trying to process.
A shortened breath, a restless rhythm, or a feeling of holding tension can quietly appear before stress becomes fully recognizable. Paying attention to these subtle shifts can create an opportunity to slow down and reconnect before the day carries on.
Mindful movement offers that space. With intentional movement and steady breathing, the body can begin to soften while awareness returns to the present moment.
A yoga practice is not always about doing more. Sometimes, it is about noticing what is already there.
Make space to reconnect with the body and breath.

Some days leave more behind than a busy schedule.
Tension can quietly settle into the shoulders, the jaw, the breath, and the way the body moves through the day. Without realizing it, yesterday's stress can carry over into today's moments.
A mindful practice offers a chance to slow that rhythm. To step away from constant movement and create a little space for the body to soften and the mind to settle.
Sometimes, that space is all that is needed to feel a little more at ease.

Yoga does not ask the body to arrive perfectly.
Every practice starts from a different place. Some days bring more range, some bring more resistance, and both are part of the process.
What matters is creating a consistent space to move, breathe, and gradually become more comfortable in the body. With time, movement can feel more natural, and the body can begin to open in its own way.
There is no need to wait for the “right” body or the “right” level of flexibility.
Start where the body is today.

August is here, and so is another opportunity to return to the mat.
A consistent practice is not about fitting more into the week. It is about creating time to move with intention, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what feels good in the body.
Whether the week calls for an energizing flow, a restorative class, or a quiet moment to reset, there is a place to begin. Every class offers a chance to build strength, find balance, and support overall well-being at a pace that feels right.
Save this schedule so the next class is always within reach, then choose the sessions that fit the week ahead.

Sometimes, the most valuable part of a practice is what happens in the moments between movement.
A regular yoga practice can create a space to step away from constant demands and reconnect with a steadier rhythm. Over time, that sense of balance can begin to influence more than what happens in class. It can shape how stress is met, how challenges are approached, and how much space is given to simply be present.
The practice does not need to be perfect to be meaningful. It only needs to be given the time and attention it deserves.
Make space for a practice that supports both body and mind. Join a class at Bodies in Motion and reserve a mat through the link in bio.

The quality of movement often comes down to the attention brought into it.
A more mindful approach can change the way a practice feels, helping build greater awareness of how the body responds, where tension is held, and what feels natural or restricted.
Over time, this awareness can shape the practice in meaningful ways. Movement becomes more intentional, the body feels more connected, and each class becomes an opportunity to better understand what the body needs.
Bring that awareness to the mat and explore the difference for yourself.

Balance is not something you find once and keep forever. It is something you return to, breath by breath, moment by moment, every single time you step onto your mat. Tree Pose teaches you that more than almost any other posture because it asks your entire body and mind to work together at the same time.

Your legs build the kind of quiet strength that holds you steady, your core learns to support without gripping, and your gaze finds the stillness that the rest of you eventually follows.

What begins as a physical challenge slowly becomes a practice in presence, and that presence is something you carry with you long after the pose is done.
Whether you are finding Tree Pose for the first time or refining it after years of practice, there is always something new it has to teach you.
Come find your balance with us. Book your class through the link in bio.
