Here are the 3 things I tell every client to do after they train:
1️⃣ Hydrate (with electrolytes)
Sweat isn’t just water—you’re losing essential minerals too. Replenishing electrolytes helps prevent cramps, supports muscle function, and speeds up recovery so you’re ready for your next session.
2️⃣ Eat protein
Your muscles break down during training—protein is what rebuilds them stronger. Aim to get a quality protein source within a couple hours post-workout to support muscle repair and growth.
3️⃣ Get adequate rest
Recovery is where the magic happens. Sleep and rest days allow your body to repair, adapt, and come back stronger. No rest = no results.
