🥎 What a way to finish an incredible season.

The NFL Gold Championship featured exactly what championship softball should look like—a tremendous pitching duel between Sawyer Adamson of the Lou Gehrig Lasers and Izzy Kilonsky of the North Buffalo Wildcats.

Every pitch mattered. Every play mattered. Two outstanding teams battled until the very last out, with the Wildcats earning a hard-fought 2-1 victory.

To our Lou Gehrig Lasers, there is so much to be proud of. This team finished with an incredible 31-win season, capturing multiple tournament championships, creating unforgettable memories, and representing our program with heart, grit, and class every time they stepped on the field.

Thank you to our players, coaches, families, and everyone who supported these girls throughout an amazing year. The wins and trophies are special, but the friendships, growth, and memories will last a lifetime.

🔥 When Maddy Barber stepped into the batter's box this weekend, good things happened.

Maddy put together one of the hottest tournaments of anyone on the team, consistently squaring up the ball and putting pressure on opposing defenses.

In our recent tournament, Brooke was one of the toughest outs in the lineup and one of our biggest run producers.

What a performance in pool play from our dynamic duo in the circle!

Brooke McIntyre and Lily Lalka teamed up to throw a combined no-hitter, allowing ZERO hits and just ONE walk all game long. 🔥

From the first pitch to the final out, they attacked the zone, trusted their defense, and never let the opposing lineup get comfortable.

Pitching wins games—but this was a total team effort. Great defense, timely plays, and two pitchers who competed every inning.
