The Lab Summer Bash IV — Essential Information
We’re getting close, and we can’t wait! A few important things to know before you come out:
🍺No BYOB. This is a charity event, with proceeds supporting the Buffalo Bills Alumni Foundation’s Cure the Blue Initiative in the fight against prostate cancer. Water, soda, beer, and other beverages will be available at reasonable prices. Please support the event and the cause by purchasing beverages on site.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Bring the family! This is a family-friendly event with bounce houses, water slides, food vendors, live music, and more.
🧨🧨 Be sure to plan to stay Saturday night—we’ll be ending the festivities with a HUGE fireworks show you won’t want to miss!
☀️ Come prepared for summer weather. Bring lawn chairs and sunscreen so you can settle in and enjoy the day.
🎪 Need some shade? We’ll have a large tent on site, plus room for personal pop-up canopies and sun shades.
👎 No sandbagging. Play where you belong and keep it fair. Sandbagging takes opportunities away from other players and undermines fair competition.
👉🏼 Player placement may be adjusted. Event organizers reserve the right to reassign players when necessary to protect fair competition and equal opportunities for everyone.
🦬 Bring something to get signed! Buffalo Bills Alumni will be joining us, so don’t forget your Bills gear, memorabilia, or favorite item for autographs.
