Don’t worry—your OG Pace classes are still here and available too 🏃🏻♀️
Whether you’re training for a race, taking the first step into running, or getting back into a routine, these classes are built for you.
Because the only way to get better at something is to do the thing 😮💨
All of our classes are taught by experienced running coaches, certified personal trainers, and physical therapists 🫡
Build Your Base with Pace started today—but we’re extending the offer for our discounted 1-month unlimited program through 8/23!

Find Your Base. Build Your Strength. Stay Consistent.
Whether you’re brand new to running, prefer walking, or you’ve fallen out of your routine, this program is for you.
We’re focusing on base pace—an easy, conversational effort that helps you build endurance without burning out.
Spending just 30–40 minutes at an easier pace can improve your cardiovascular health, increase endurance, support recovery, and create the foundation for becoming a stronger, capable runner.
But we won’t stop there.
Each class also includes runner-specific strength training, targeting your core, upper body, and lower body to improve running form, build stability, coordination , and help reduce the risk of injury.
This isn’t about chasing speed or comparing yourself to anyone else. It’s about showing up and building consistency. Because the best fitness routine isn’t the hardest one—it’s the one you can stick with.
