SUPER SET SPOTLIGHT ft Kyle with trainer

🔥Heel Elevated Front Squats- use a small to
medium riser for your heels (toes still on the ground). Front rack your DB’s with your palms facing your shoulders. Nice neutral back/ shoulders, engage the core and squat deep.

🔥Bench ISO Hold Deadbugs- with your 🍑 at the end of the bench, move into your deadbug position holding the weight above your chest. With head and neck relaxed, extend one leg out at a time, keeping your rib cage drawn down to the ground- try to avoid letting the low back over arch.

These two exercises will also fire up the core and the whole body!

HYDRATION CHALLENGE!

The weather is getting hotter and so are you ;) We have been kicking ass in the gym all winter long, it is time to thaw out and hydrate under the *almost* summer sun. To motivate you to stay hydrated we will be running a hydration challenge from 5/24- 6/22.

Dehydration negatively affects performance by reducing flexibility, endurance, breathing efficiency and even mood and concentration. If we can get into a good routine with hydrating, you will feel the benefits in all aspects of your life!

Here are the rules:
-Start hydrating first thing- this means water before coffee :)

-Drink half your body weight in oz per day.

-Track your hydration with our weekly tracker (second slide), and hit 5 out of the 7 days per week!

-Tag us on Sundays in your stories (send us a DM if you are private) on your weekly tracker and cross off the days you complete so we can track your progress!

At the end of the challenge if you hit your hydration and tagged us you will get a free 2-pack of group classes or equivalent on your account and a free Evolve varsity crewneck!

ALSO- we will continue hosting challenges all summer long- focused on your recovery outside of the gym. Kicking our series off getting you nice and hydrated for summer!
