Ooooooo ho ho ho
In 2021, financial investigative reports exposed that ESPN's senior NFL insider Adam Schefter was a direct business investor and partner with New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
Both Schefter and Kraft took major financial stakes in Boom Entertainment, a developer behind major casino and sports-betting software.
When the massive off-field scandal involving The Athletic's star reporter Dianna Russini and New England Patriots Head Coach Mike Vrabel completely took over sports news circles, Schefter’s feed became a ghost town on the subject.
Social media analysts officially combed through Schefter's posting ledger to check the data: from April 7 to June 30, 2026, Schefter did not type, tweet, or post the surname "Russini" a single time on his main feed.

He waived his NMC. For or against the move. Seeing someone like Hellebuyck waive his NMC to come to Buffalo is a positive thing.
𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚: The Sabres were close on a Connor Hellebuyck trade, and Hellebuyck even agreed to waive his NTC to go to Buffalo.
Obviously it didn’t happen, but is certainly something to monitor.
