You don't want to miss outpn these 3 nights of healing breathwork with Annie Allen.

Breathwork frees your vital energy, and leaves you less burdened.

Breathwork helps you realize new possibilities.

If You feel stuck or stagnant, come!  Let’s do something about it!

The 75 min session will look something like this:
Short introduction, learn the technique, set intentions and
40 minutes active breathing, with final relaxation.

After the  breathing session and relaxation everyone will have an optional opportunity to share their experience.  We will do a short grounding ritual to close the evening.

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a towel, and water to drink.  If you have your own yoga mat and blanket bring those as well.

Annie Allen BA, LMT, Reiki Master
Certified: Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, Yoga, Contemplative End of Life Care, Healer.
