Welcome to a fun and life-changing program for girls in grades 3-8. We teach life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games.
Our 8 week program teaches life lessons about self- respect, self awareness and team work through a healthy education, all while training the girls for a 5K race. Girls on the Run is a transformational physical activity based positive youth development program for girls in 3rd-8th grade.
