716 Patriots Travel Baseball Organization

🚨Warning: Long post!

🥹17u Tournament Weekend Reflection:

Not every player chooses to play travel through their 17u season. We heard multiple times from parents on all competing teams, "I'm so happy they gave us one more season."

Every game is a gift.

We also received other gifts this weekend in the form of these comments:

❤️”Your boys are a class act. They were complimenting my son in the parking lot after the game. One was even giving all our players a hug. As a mom, that just meant so much. Great job"

Congratulations to Wow Factor WNY for being the runners up. The championship game was a nail biter, and down to the last play!

All teams played some great baseball all weekend long!

3 of our teams played 4 games in Southern WNY tonight. No wins to report, but 36 boys got to play baseball tonight! ❤️⚾️💙

Just kidding… bunts have their place… just had to join in on the fun!

This weekend our 14u team had the opportunity to play ball in Cooperstown, NY in the Cooperstown Backyard Baseball wood bat tournament. The boys went 1-1 in pool play, and landed in the top seed of the Silver bracket. Today they battled back from a 6-0 deficit in the first to come back and win 8-6 in the sixth. Ultimately they were the runners up in the Silver Bracket to the Collingwood Jays, who traveled from 2 hours north of Toronto. They were a class act team that we got to play twice in the tournament. It was great baseball all around this weekend, with our boys finishing with a 2-2 record. Great job, boys!
