We spend our days helping things grow so it feels natural that when we give back, we do it the same way: with our hands, in our communities, one small effort at a time. 🌱

This August, teams across North America, the Netherlands, and India came together for Community Impact Month, and the ways our people showed up left us genuinely moved. Meals packed for families. Coral reefs rebuilt polyp by polyp. Backpacks filled for the first day of school. Blood donated. Afternoons spent with shelter animals, elderly neighbors, and kids who just needed someone to show up. One family has volunteered at the Beep Baseball World Series every single year since 1978.

All told: 348 volunteer hours, $6,651 given, and 14 sites and teams — every one of them finding its own way to make a difference. “Improving how the world lives, works, and plays” isn’t just something we say about our products. It’s how we try to show up for the places we call home. Thank you to everyone who gave an hour, a dollar, or a whole weekend this month. 🌍

Nearly 20 years, one incredible journey. 🪴Today we’re celebrating Jeff Langner! Since starting as a marketing admin, Jeff has grown across our business units—brand manager for sports field & golf, marketing for horticulture, and now national account director on our Environmental Solutions team.
Along the way, he’s learned the power of collaboration over going it alone. In his words: “I love the fast-paced, dynamic environment... every day brings a new and exciting challenge to be attacked!”

And off the clock? Coaching his kids: “Those moments on the court or field getting to teach and develop athletes has been a gift.” Thank you, Jeff, for the lasting impact you’ve made. 💚
