Today’s Trainer Tip Tuesday focuses on the Kettlebell Double Racked Squat. This exercise will be featured in Games Day coming up for Saturday. Main focus is focusing on the core stability, wrist and shoulder mobility for the Front Racked position. This exercise targets the quads, glutes and hamstrings. Our Hyrox Signups are Licensed! 2 Dates! Our Relay Race will be Saturday April 25th from 9:30-12. Teams of 4. Saturday May 9th we will be running out Full Hyrox Simulation starting out at 8AM. Race is open to Solo and Doubles racers. Also we will be starting a Hyrox Run Club this Sunday April 12th.
