Do you love a good ritual? We sure do. This Sunday marks the SECOND of TWO Full Moons this month and Carrie will be leading a gathering to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while setting intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices like Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other nourishing rituals, we honor the fullness of the moon, and of ourselves, as we open to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.
Sunday, May 31st
6:00-7:30pm
This May Blue Moon shines as a rare and powerful celestial moment, representing both culmination and renewal within the heart of spring. As the second full moon of the month, it amplifies the season’s energy of growth, abundance, and transformation, much like blossoms continuing to flourish under lengthening days. Spiritually, it invites reflection on how far you’ve come while encouraging you to break through limitations and embrace your path with bold confidence. Beneath its radiant glow, we’re reminded to trust in divine timing, celebrate our evolution, and stay open to the unexpected magic still unfolding.
No previous yoga experience required.
