Un punto muy importante que muchas familias desconocen es que un jugador o un club puede participar tanto en STYSA (US Youth Soccer) como en US Club Soccer, siempre y cuando no participe simultáneamente en la misma competencia o en el mismo sendero de desarrollo. Cada organización cuenta con sus propias ligas, torneos, reglamentos y oportunidades de crecimiento.

En RGVYSA (Rio Grande Valley Youth Soccer Association) creemos que existe más de un sendero hacia el éxito.

Ya sea que el objetivo sea competir a nivel local, regional, nacional, obtener una beca universitaria o llegar al fútbol profesional, lo más importante es pertenecer a una organización con la experiencia necesaria para orientar y acompañar al jugador durante cada etapa de su desarrollo.

The purpose of this chart is to help parents, coaches, clubs, and players better understand how youth soccer is organized in the United States and the different senderos (pathways) available for player development.

One important point many families don't realize is that a player or club may participate in both STYSA (US Youth Soccer) and US Club Soccer, as long as they are not participating in the same competition or the same player pathway at the same time. Each organization has its own leagues, tournaments, rules, and development opportunities.

At RGVYSA (Rio Grande Valley Youth Soccer Association), we believe there is more than one sendero to success.

Whether your goal is local competition, regional and national tournaments, college soccer, or eventually the professional game, choosing an organization with the experience and vision to guide players is one of the most important decisions a family can make.
