What happens when you have a little faith in yourself?

Meet Brittany.

She’s been stuck at 85 lbs for a hot minute now. Not because she can’t do more - but because that was her comfort weight. A lot of times we become complacent with where we are at. We tell ourselves we can’t or that we don’t think we can.

As soon as I read off the complex tonight - I looked right at her & said - not today! Let’s push it! Add that weight.

1 clean + 2 front squats at 100 lbs!

15 lb PR just because she believed in herself (and her coach believed in her too). She pushed herself out of her comfort zone. Not a bad Friday night if you ask me!

Today’s 9/11 workout meant a little more with one of our members, Marissa, completing it in her fire gear. ❤️🇺🇸

The 343 represents the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and the 2,001-meter row represents the year.

We will never forget. Thank you, Marissa, for honoring them and for serving our community.

Happy Labor Day from CrossFit Brooksville 🇺🇸

Today we tackled hero wod “Whitten” honoring Army Captain Dan Whitten, 28, of Grimes, Iowa, who died February 2, 2010 when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.
