This Memorial Day weekend, hundreds of thousands of people around the world will take on The Murph Challenge.

Not just to complete a workout.
But to honor the life, service, and sacrifice of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, and all of the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

That impact only happens because people continue to show up.

In CrossFit affiliates.
In garages.
In parks.
On military bases.
In driveways and communities everywhere.

Every run.
Every pull-up.
Every push-up.
Every squat.

Done with purpose.

For some, this was their first Murph.
For others, it’s a tradition they return to every Memorial Day.

Either way, we are part of something much bigger than a finish time.

We do every step, every rep, to honor the legacy. 
And we remember why we do it 🇺🇸
