This isn’t a dig. It’s a diagnosis.
Most people stuck in long-term PT aren’t dealing with an injury anymore. They’re dealing with a body that isn’t strong enough to do what it needs to do.
There’s a psychological component too. After an injury, your nervous system stays in protect mode. Still bracing. Still avoiding. Still thinking it’s hurt.
More rehab won’t fix those things. Training will.
