My Dearest Friends,
It is with the greatest humility that I take on my next steps. Fostered by all who have given me the gifts of their love I am now blessed to pay forward with deep gratitude my own gifts.
Pivot Movement and Performance is the beginning of an already long journey of mine to transform and guide all of our lives (that started with my own) towards the greater present. While I too can be nostalgic for the past and certainly mindful of the future, this mantra and soon to be training and coaching site will be driven by a process goal orientation that will make us truly utilize the gift of our present time to move and perform in many aspects with the greatest efficacy and simplicity.
Please join me on social media but also more importantly in person as I grow into my new home. I hope that you will follow me over as well to hear more!
Trust the process :-)

As always, proceed with caution and avoid the 🏥
