Join us Friday July 10th at 130pm for our Monthly Online Anatomy Lab.

This month, we shift our focus upward to the most mobile and complex joint system in the human body: The Shoulder Girdle. Because the shoulder trades structural stability for an incredible, multi-directional range of motion, it requires a delicate balance of muscular support to function safely on the mat. In this workshop, we will deconstruct the relationship between the arm bone (humerus), the shoulder blade (scapula), and the collarbone, exploring how they must dance together to find ease in weight-bearing postures. You will learn how to safely engage the rotator cuff muscles to protect the joint, how your personal skeletal structure affects movements like binding or reaching overhead, and how to cultivate the perfect balance of stability and freedom in poses like Downward-Facing Dog, Chaturanga, and Wheel.

The Full Moon reminds us to pause, breathe, and create space…

Just as we open the front of the body in our practice, we also have the opportunity to open the heart, to meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and courage.

Heart opening isn’t about forcing ourselves to be vulnerable.

It’s about softening enough to receive.
To trust.
To let go of what we’ve been carrying.

And to make room for what truly matters.✨

As you move through this Full Moon, take a moment to ask yourself:

✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I ready to receive?
✨ How can I live with a more open heart?

May your practice help you reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

Happy Full Moon. 🌕🤍

✨ Teacher Highlight: Kelsey ✨

With a background in dance and a passion for mindful movement, Kelsey brings a thoughtful, body-aware approach to both yoga and Pilates.

After discovering yoga as a way to connect mind, body, and spirit, she later expanded her studies into Pilates to deepen her understanding of movement, alignment, and strength. Kelsey completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Dou Yoga and went on to complete Shieri’s 35-hour Mindful Pilates Comprehensive Mat Training in Spring 2026.

Her classes blend mindful flow, alignment, strength, and breath awareness, creating a supportive space where students can move with curiosity, confidence, and intention. ✨

🤍 Whether you’re new to the practice or have years of experience, Kelsey welcomes you exactly as you are.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, a time of light, expansion, and emergence, we invite you to join us for an experiential workshop to explore new ways of relating to yourself.

Often, our choices feel conscious, yet they are shaped by past experiences, nervous system patterns, and unconscious conditioning. This workshop offers a space to gently notice these patterns through direct experience, rather than through thinking alone.

Drawing from Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM), you will be guided through breath and body awareness practices that support openness, presence, and inner clarity. This approach emphasizes process over understanding, allowing insight and transformation to arise naturally.

At the threshold of the Summer Solstice, we are invited to pause, release, and realign. As the light reaches its peak, we are reminded of our own capacity to expand, while staying rooted in awareness.

The Shape of Possibility: Breathwork with Amy Amy Greco, LCSW + Breathwork Mastery RBM Practitioner

✨ Breath-Centric Practice: Asana & Pranayama in the Tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar ✨

June invites us into the fullness of our own light. As nature expands and blooms, we too can deepen our practice with greater intention, clarity, and presence.

We are deeply honored to share that my yoga therapy teachers and mentors, Ravi and Sheela, will be visiting from Chennai, India this June 13th Saturday.

Opportunities to study with teachers carrying this lineage are rare. Having studied directly under T.K.V. Desikachar, son of Krishnamacharya, their teachings embody the therapeutic heart of yoga—where breath guides movement, practice adapts to the individual, and yoga becomes a tool for everyday life.

Meeting this lineage transformed not only my practice, but the way I live. It showed me that yoga is far more than poses; it is a pathway to greater awareness, resilience, and connection.

If you’re curious about the deeper roots of yoga and the power of a breath-centered practice, I wholeheartedly encourage you to join us.

Inhale deeply and embark on a transformative journey.🙏🏻
