While New York has been getting back to full swing, we’ve been busy hiring a new team of awesome people.
Meet our newest trainer Nick Trimper! Nick is NASM certified with a background primarily rooted in rockclimbing and long-distance running. Having worked in the theatre industry for 10 years, Nick decided to take his career in a healthier and more sustainable direction. His love for climbing, along with the physical and mental intricacies of the sport, is what set Nick on his journey to train hard and share his passion with others. As an athlete of two different disciplines, he offers a well rounded, no-frills approach using resistance and cardiovascular training to challenge anyone who wishes to work with him!

Due to the new government mandates, vaccines are required for all clients. Our trainers are all fully vaccinated and we’re still limiting capacity to 3 simultaneous sessions. If you’re a current client or new and looking to try us out, please bring your vaccine card to your next session. Let’s work together to stop the spread of Covid-19!!
Thank you for being a part of our fitness family.

There are so many different types of workouts you can do. Results vary depending on body type, number of workouts per week, your nutrition, the amount of sleep you’re getting, the amount of stress in your life, your day job, etc. It can be a little trial and error to find out what types of fitness you enjoy doing and therefore can keep doing consistently. You want to find it fun! Try different classes. Try new workouts. You have to make time for it. It’s cliche for a reason but - fitness isn’t a fad, it’s a lifestyle.
