Hey Moms, Do you know that MIM still hosts Zoom workouts?
They are fun, effective and you get it DONE in your living room (all you need is a set or 2 of weights) before your day begins. This summer -- because everyone has different schedules -- I am hosting classes on Mondays at 8am, Wednesdays 7:45am and some Sundays at 8am. I check in weekly with you, and based on your availability, we set the schedule for the week. Spring 🌸 has sprung! Time to MOVE IT MOMMA in our beloved Prospect Park.💪
If you know any awesome moms looking for a challenging and fun workout under the guidance of a certified instructor (and mom of 3) please pass this along.
MIM SPRING PROSPECT PARK STARTS MONDAY APRIL 8!
Babies definitely not required. In fact, all moms participating (so far) have much older kids. Modifications are offered so all fitness levels welcome.
More info on the workout:  it’s a ton of strength training and core conditioning incorporating Pilates/yoga/HIIT. We use some props and of course bodyweight and park benches to strengthen.
