Hi!
We know a lot of people come to us for those spicy Pilates classes 🔥, but did you know that we care about your emotional health too?
Yes, we love a sweaty workout. Yes, we want you to get stronger. But the whole point of Hot Vessel ( Vessel Studios) has never been just fitness.
That's one of the reasons we offer both Pilates and yoga. Pilates builds strength, stability, and endurance. Yoga can challenge your muscles just as much, but it also brings in alignment, breathwork, mindfulness, and practices that help regulate your nervous system. We want you to leave class feeling stronger, but also calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
We also believe that nervous system regulation isn't just about what happens on your mat. It's about how you're greeted when you walk in. It's about feeling welcome. It's about having instructors who genuinely care about you and a community that notices when you've been missing.
We're not trying to create a room full of strangers working out next to each other. We're trying to create a space where people feel seen.
