🚲 Bike Bus #2 — and already growing!
Research shows that kids who can walk and bike to school — and around their communities — benefit in so many ways: higher self-esteem, less anxiety, stronger social skills, better academic performance, and better long-term health.
That’s why safe bike infrastructure matters. Building for car dependency is hurting our kids’ futures. We can choose a different path — one that gives kids the freedom to move safely through their own community.
And extra kudos to the families on the west side of Peachtree. Without a safe way to bike across, they’re actually driving their kids and bikes to the east side, then joining a Bike Bus route from there. That’s commitment. 💪🚲
The demand is here. The kids are ready.
Build it safe, and they will ride.

🚲 What a way to start the school year!

Our first Ashford Park Bike Bus of the year was a smashing success — 40 kids rode their bikes to school! 🙌

Fresh air, movement, friends and plenty of smiles before the first bell even rings. What a healthy, happy way to start the school day. ❤️

And judging by that full bike rack… these kids know the best way to beat the carpool line. 😉
