📝 What information do I need to provide to book a float?
To make a reservation, we’ll need the following:
• Name for the reservation
• Total number of people in your group
• Date & time you’d like to float
• Phone number for contact and invoicing
📞 How do I book?
You can book your trip in one of two ways:
1. Call us at 580-584-2909
• If the line is busy or there’s no answer, we are likely assisting another customer—please try again or send us a message.
2. Message our page with your reservation details.

💳 Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $40 deposit is required.
• The invoice will be sent to the phone number you provided when booking.
• The $40 will be applied to your balance at check-in.
• If you no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
• To receive a refund, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the day of your float.
• If we cancel due to weather or river conditions, your deposit will be refunded in full.
🛶 How long is the float trip?
• About 1.5 miles of river
• Average float time: 2 hours (longer if you stop and relax!)
• No time limit on your trip
💵 What are the prices?
• Adults (13+): $35
• Kids (5–12): $30
• Kids under 5: Not allowed to float
• Bring Your Own Tube: $25 per person (tubes must be brought deflated)
• Cooler Tube Rental: $10 (fits a 45-quart or smaller ice chest)
• Additional float trip: $10 per person

🚐 How does the float work?
• We shuttle you up river to the entry point.
• You’ll float back down and get out at the Highway 70 bridge, about 150 yards from our office.
• You can walk back or wait for the shuttle.
🧊 Can I bring a cooler?
Yes!
• Small coolers only (45 quarts or less)
• No glass or Styrofoam allowed
• Bring your own ice chest (we do not provide them)
• We supply trash bags and rope to tie your group together
👟 What should I bring?
• Small cooler and drinks (no glass or Styrofoam)
• Water shoes or sandals
• Towel, sunscreen, and anything else for a fun river day
❗ What is your cancellation policy?
• You must cancel no later than the day before to receive a deposit refund.
• If we cancel due to weather or river conditions, you’ll receive a full refund.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.
