🪁🌹 Kites Over Broken Arrow is in full swing at Events Park! 🌹🪁 Part 3

The first Candy Drop has officially happened, and the kids had a blast! 🍬 Special parachutes came down carrying Rose Rings, and several lucky ones even included snow cone gift certificates! 🍧🌹

There is SO much more happening today!

🪁 The BIG kites are flying and they are incredible to see in person!
🎨 Stop by the Kite Tent, where kids can get a FREE kite to decorate and fly!
📚 The history tent is amazing, with some fascinating pieces of kite history on display.
🍔 Come hungry because we have food trucks too!
🍬 There are more Candy Drops still to come today!

We also had a special visit from Channel 6 this morning! 🎥 They came out to cover Kites Over Broken Arrow, so be watching for the story to air tonight!

What a day! From the incredible performances and vibrant colors filling Main Street to live music, beautiful roses, award winners, and everyone casting their vote for the People’s Choice Festival Rose Color, there has been so much to see and celebrate. ❤️🌹

These pictures capture just a little of what makes the Rose Festival so special, art, culture, music, flowers, community, and people coming together to enjoy Broken Arrow.

A huge congratulations to our Rose Show winners, and thank you to our performers, volunteers, vendors, participants, and everyone who came out and spent part of their day with us!

🌹 Rose Show Winners!

One of the best parts of the Broken Arrow Rose Festival is seeing the incredible roses our community brings to the Rose Show and this year’s entries did not disappoint! ❤️🌹

From delicate pinks and classic whites to those bold, vibrant reds, there were so many beautiful blooms on display. Congratulations to all of our ribbon winners, including our Best in Show winner! 🏆💜

A huge thank you to everyone who entered roses, helped with the Rose Show, and stopped by to admire them. Events like this celebrate not only beautiful flowers, but the time, patience, and care that goes into growing them.

And yes even a little rain outside couldn’t keep these roses from showing off! 🌧️🌹

🎶🌹 The Rose Festival is alive with music, color, and culture! 🌹💃

What a beautiful afternoon in the Rose District! Our entertainers are bringing so much energy to Main Street with incredible music, dancing, gorgeous traditional dresses, and performances that have the crowd stopping to watch. ❤️

Even a little rain couldn’t dampen the celebration and seeing our community gathered together enjoying performances like these is exactly what makes the Rose Festival so special.

If you’re not here yet, come join us! There’s still plenty to see, hear, taste, and experience today. 🌹🎶

The rain looks like it’s finally letting up, and there is still so much happening on Main Street! ☔➡️🌤️

From beautiful roses and colorful performances to face painting, vendors, and families enjoying the festival together, these afternoon snapshots capture what the Broken Arrow Rose Festival is all about community, beauty, and a whole lot of fun, rain or shine. ❤️🌹
