We’re so excited to welcome back our special guest teacher Jess this weekend! She’s an OG of our Bent Yoga community and now owns her own yoga spaces Torch Yoga in Virginia Beach + Norfolk. 🌊🧘‍♀️

Our members have access to our on-demand video library, with classes including Guided Vinyasa, Slow Burn, Yin, Mini Flow, and more.

To access the videos:

1. Log into your Bent Yoga account.
2. Select “Watch Video” from the top menu.
3. Choose your class and hit play!
4. You can also select Full Screen for the best experience.
