We structured the upcoming ActionTypes course the same way! Understand and then apply, or apply and then understand.

ActionTypes is the most nuanced motor profiling system developed. Which sounds like it’s more complicated, but the frankly, the nuance makes it easier to understand.

Humans learn. Human brains process differently. The way that they learn and process leaves visible physical differences in how they organize their body.

It makes the physical and the mental inseparable. They are one and the same.

Yes, a vertical athlete moves differently than a horizontal one. But they also THINK differently.

The founder Bertrand Théraulaz will be teaching both courses. Come out and have your perspective changed on your role as a coach and diversity in human thought.
