Proud Saturday morning at North Texas Karate Academy. Under the AKATO, American Karate Taekwondo Organization banner, 28 students stepped into their first Kobudo weapons class, beginning with bo staff. We meet once a month, building step by step over three years toward black belt in Okinawan weapons. Disciplined, respectful, focused. Amazing start.
