Yet another beautiful rainbow seen by my working student Nicole Overbay a few days ago. I never get tired of seeing these beautiful displays on this farm!!!

Over the moon proud of my working student Nicole Overbay, for riding her very first PSG test aboard Con Brio, August 2 in Hollis ME, and winning the class with just under a 65% !!! Not only did she get a good score, but she looked good getting it! Check out her matching green shad belly with vintage beaded buttons, and her green saddle pad and green fly bonnet! Very Classy! One more score to her silver medal, then we have the winter to polish and perfect. This pair is relatively new to each other, so cannot wait to see what next year brings! Looking forward to a fun winter!

So proud of my working student Sadie Fowler! Watching Sadie and her new mount Aristocracy (aka Aries) grow, has been a lot of fun. But fun doesn’t come without hard work. This pair has bern working overtime to figure each other out, as Sadie has only had Aries for 4 months. At The Life’s a Ride competion July 16th and 18th, Sadie scored at First level a 71.9%, and a 72.2%. At second level they scored a 68.6%, and a 70.7%. Winning 3 classes and placing 2nd in the fourth class. I can’t wait to see what the future brings!! 😊

I’d like to thank all the volunteers, and people who helped to run the dressage show, June 28, at the Tack Shack in Fremont NH. It was a beautiful day and a well run competition! A big congrats to my students competing, as they worked very hard for this show! Sadie Fowler on Aristocracy rode First level 1, with a qualifying score of 62.40 towards her bronze medal. This was this pair’s first time out ever to a competition. Maddie Garceau aboard Lulapon Nedt, scored a winning 66.11 to capture the Fourth level test 3. Nicole Overbay also had a winning score in the Fourth level test 1, with a 70.52 %, and was the overall Fourth Level champion!!! GREAT JOB girls!! This was Nicole’s second time ever showing at fourth level, now onto PSG.

Big congrats to Nicole Overbay, showing first time at Fourth level, at the Tack Shack dressage competition, May 23rd. Nicole won her class with a 63%, and narrowly missed high point of the day!! She is going for her silver medal this time around this next year, and off to a very good start!
