314 Training Academy Indoor baseball and softball training in St. Louis. Lessons, cages, classes, camps and strength training.

314 Training Academy is a 23,000 square foot state of the art indoor baseball and softball training center, conveniently located in Brentwood, Missouri. We specialize in baseball and softball training for teams and players of all ages and skill levels. The Training Academy consists of: 10 batting cages and pitching mounds, 60 x 90 open field space, HitTrax Baseball Simulator, a 4,200 square foot sports performance weight room, and a party/meeting room.

It all starts with understanding why you’re doing something, then getting the reps in to make it repeatable.

They’re usually the ones who learn how to respond when they do.

Bad at-bat? Learn from it.

Rough inning? Reset.

Tough weekend? Get back to work.

Development isn’t about eliminating failure. It’s about teaching players how to handle it, make adjustments and keep competing.

The response matters more than the result.

More reps doesn’t always mean better training. ⚾️

A good training session should have a purpose.

Players should understand what they’re working on, why they’re working on it, and what adjustment they’re trying to make.

Sometimes that means 100 swings.

Sometimes it means slowing things down and getting 20 really intentional reps.

The goal isn’t just to leave tired. The goal is to leave better.

That’s what development is all about.

Fall Session NOW Live!

Our 314 Rookie Development | 4U–6U Training League is designed for young players who are just getting started with the game.

Over six weeks, our coaches will introduce players to the fundamentals of hitting, throwing, fielding, movement and game play in an environment built specifically for their age.

The goal isn't to overwhelm them with baseball. It's to help them learn, build confidence and have fun while developing the right fundamentals from the beginning.

💰 $329 for 6 weeks
⚾ Ages 4U–6U

No experience necessary.

Space is limited so our coaches can keep the groups small and give each player plenty of instruction and reps.
