Join the Brea community and our talented Zumba instructors for a special morning of movement, music and support for breast cancer warriors and survivors.

Join us for From Breath Wise to Breath Well, a relaxing and informative workshop designed to help you discover how your everyday breathing habits can impact stress, energy, posture, and overall well-being.

With guided breathing techniques and simple breath-awareness practices, you’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, find a greater sense of calm, and create more balance between your breath, body, and mind. Blending the science of breathing with the wisdom of yoga, this workshop is a great opportunity to slow down and give yourself a moment to reset.

Join us our amazing Zumba instructors for the annual Zumba Pink Party as we come together to support the warriors and survivors of breast cancer.

With the heat wave, Brea Fitness wants to remind you to take care of yourself while staying active!

Whether you’re working out at our facility, exercising outside, or getting your movement in at home, keep these tips in mind:

💧 Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout.
☀️ Stay Cool: Take breaks, seek shade, and avoid exercising during the hottest part of the day.
💪 Take Your Time: Listen to your body, slow down when needed, and don’t be afraid to modify your workout.

Stay safe, stay cool, and keep moving toward your goals! 💦

A huge thank you to our incredible VolunTeens, Katy and Justin, for all of their hard work this summer! 💙

During one of our busiest seasons at Brea Fitness, they helped keep our facility clean and organized, assisted with class setup, connected with our members, and brought positive energy to our center every day.
