We started with an incredible Pilates class led by our friends at Takedown Gym and followed by the all important ice etiquette overview before they are off for their first practice!

As our summer session came to an end, we wanted to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Coach Savannah for 10 years of coaching VFSCs off ice conditioning class. 🎉⛸️
