Trainer Tip Tuesday: Listen to your body without quitting on yourself ๐Ÿ’ช

Thereโ€™s a difference between something feeling hard and something feeling wrong. Muscle burn, heavier breathing, shaky reps, and needing a short rest can all be normal parts of a challenging workout. But sharp pain, pinching, joint discomfort, dizziness, or anything that feels โ€œoffโ€ is your sign to pause and let your coach know.

The goal isnโ€™t to push through everything. The goal is to train with effort, awareness, and control so you can keep showing up strong week after week. Challenge is okay. Pain is information. Keep training smart.
