šŸŒ•āœØ FULL MOON FLOW — TOMORROW NIGHT

The Full Moon invites us to illuminate what’s been stirring beneath the surface — to notice what feels complete and what we’re ready to release. šŸ™

Tomorrow night, we’ll gather by candlelight and move with the energy of the Full Moon through an intentional vinyasa flow centered around release, surrender + trust. šŸ•Æļø

We’ll close with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, guided meditation, and a quiet oracle card pull — a little space to listen inward and see what comes through. ✨

I’ve been thinking about time lately.

How quickly our days fill up. How easy it is to move from one thing to the next—and suddenly realize that the things that inspire us, challenge us, or help us grow keep getting pushed to ā€œsomedayā€.

I’ve caught myself saying ā€œI don’t have timeā€ over and over again.

And sometimes, that’s true. There are seasons when life is genuinely FULL.

But I’ve also started wondering if sometimes what I really mean is…

I haven’t figured out how to make space for this yet.

A while ago, I started waking up at 5:30am and giving myself an hour to work on things that inspire me. Quiet, dark mornings before the sun comes up. Writing. Dreaming. Creating.

And I’ve realized that making that space doesn’t feel like one more thing I’m squeezing into my life.

It feels like something that gives back to it.

Maybe there’s something you’ve been wanting to do that feels hard to fit into the life you already have.

I don’t think the answer is always to ā€œjust make the time.ā€ Life isn’t that simple.

But maybe there’s a different question worth asking:

What would it look like to make space for this?

For the thing that fills you up. Inspires you. Challenges you. Expands what you believe is possible for yourself.

And maybe, just maybe, that thing is yoga teacher training. šŸ¤

DAWGS in the house! šŸ¾ā¤ļø

We had a little Georgia takeover in Lo’s class on Friday—four out-of-town guests who also happen to be UGA alumni, including one bride-to-be getting ready to say ā€œI doā€ in Sarasota! šŸ’āœØ

And because the universe has a sense of humor, Amyra—who happens to be a former Georgia Bulldog herself—was taking the class, too. šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø

We LOVE when travelers find their way into our little studio while they’re visiting. Come for the yoga, leave feeling like part of the community.

Wishing the beautiful bride the happiest wedding & marriage! šŸ„‚āœØ

Go Dawgs! 🐾

How often do we put off something meaningful because of fear? And most notably, the fear of not being ready.

I’m not good enough.
I’m not experienced enough.
I’m not ______ enough.

If I had waited until I felt completely ready, Salty Buddha might not even exist.

Because honestly, I don’t think I ever would have felt fully ready to start a business, open a studio, or create a community.

At some point, I just had to trust the pull toward something more—and begin before I had all the confidence.

Maybe you’ve been feeling that same pull toward yoga teacher training. And maybe those little doubts have started creeping in…

I’m not flexible enough. I’m not spiritual enough. I haven’t practiced long enough.

But maybe being ready isn’t the point.

Maybe there isn’t a perfect moment when the fear disappears and you suddenly feel completely prepared.

Sometimes, you just start.

Teaching from the Soul • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins this October.

Come exactly as you are. šŸ¤

150 classes. ā¤ļø

Today we celebrated the Mueller family and their incredible milestone of 150 classes at Salty Buddha! 🤩

The heart of any community is the people who choose to keep showing up—for one another, again and again.

Over the last few years, I’ve had the joy of getting to know Lori, Mark, and Judy, and they are truly some of the warmest, kindest people you’ll ever meet.

These three are incredible crafters and creators. A special thank you to them for creating the beautiful sea glass mosaic that hangs in our studio. It’s such a meaningful piece and something our community gets to enjoy every single day.

From SUP Yoga… to our little Island studio on Bridge Street… to our home here in Bradenton, the Muellers have been with us through so many chapters of Salty Buddha’s journey.

Thank you, Lori, Mark, and Judy, for your support, your kindness, your creativity, and for simply being the wonderful people you are. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Salty Buddha family. šŸ™šŸ’•

I think we’ve accidentally given yoga teacher training the wrong name.

Because it isn’t really about creating teachers.

It’s about creating students.

Students of movement.

Students of philosophy.

Students of the breath.

Students of themselves.

Some of those students eventually decide to teach.

Many don’t.

But every one of them leaves seeing yoga—and themselves—with new eyes.

That was the heart behind creating Teaching From the Soul: 200hr YTT.

This isn’t simply a certification.

It’s an invitation to slow down, ask deeper questions, immerse yourself in a practice you love, and spend eight months learning alongside a community of people who are just as curious as you are.

If you’ve been practicing yoga for a while and feel yourself wanting more—more understanding, more connection, more depth—this training was created for you.

šŸ¤ Registration is open. We’d love to welcome you.
