If you’ve taken a class at F45 LWRN, chances are you’ve already met Coach Lila! We’re excited to officially introduce her to our Fit Fam.

“I have been passionate about fitness and health for as long as I can remember. My mom was a group fitness and cycle instructor for decades and got me started on my own fitness journey. Today I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I believe fitness should be fun, functional, and pain free! Outside of F45 I love to travel and work as a freelance illustrator in my free time.”
