Gas leaks rarely happen where inspection is easy. They show up across large sites, around elevated equipment and in places where access slows the inspection before it even begins.

OGI Scout 2.0 puts optical gas imaging in the air with the Vulcan SX. During flight, the operator can:

• View the standard monochrome OGI image
• Select Sierra Olympia’s frame-based GEM or Aquanta Vision’s pixel-based PAM
• Refine the image as conditions change
• Use MarkPoint to mark and document the finding in real time

Detect while the aircraft is moving. Refine the image during flight. Mark the finding in real time.

OGI Scout 2.0 brings Aquanta Vision’s Pixel Analysis Mode (PAM) to Vision Aerial’s fully integrated airborne OGI system.

PAM analyzes the infrared signal pixel by pixel and colorizes gas plumes live in the operator display. It complements Sierra Olympia’s frame-based Gas Enhancement Mode (GEM), giving flight crews another practical way to inspect large, difficult or hazardous sites.

No added payload. No added weight or drag.

Vulcan SX is moving through production in Bozeman, and orders are open.

Vulcan pairs two American-built, NDAA-compliant aircraft with the payload capacity and endurance required for demanding industrial and government missions. The medium-lift Vulcan SX is progressing through production, while the heavy-lift Vulcan YX is available for preorder.

This commercial rollout of Vulcan SX comes as Vision Aerial continues through the proposed acquisition process with Mobix Labs. The transaction has not closed, and Vision Aerial continues to operate independently while serving customers and advancing Vulcan production.

Those are honest numbers for operators flying in different terrains. Every drone platform will perform different at sea level vs elevation, and Vulcan SX still beats the competition regardless -- by more than 20 minutes in some cases.

When you're looking at spec sheets, ask where they measured flight time. Usually it's measured at sea level with no payload and in optimal conditions. Real missions aren't that. Vulcan SX is baselined at HQ in the mountains of Montana. If you don't understand the gap between the spec and the field, you could inadvertently be planning your mission inefficiently.
