HOT SCULPT AND FLOW - EMILY C IS ADDING SOME SPICE TO MONDAY MORNING 845AM. With A heated 60-minute class that combines Hot Pilates and Power Yoga. The first 30 minutes focus on abs and glutes with targeted sculpting exercises, upbeat music, and a high-energy workout designed to build strength and endurance. The final 30 minutes transitions into a power yoga flow to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance.
