This Fourth of July, we celebrate more than a holiday. We celebrate 250 years of resilience, courage, opportunity, and the freedom to work toward the life we want to build.
At Center Stage Athletics, we believe in showing up with discipline, confidence, and grit. We are grateful for the freedom to pursue big goals, challenge ourselves, support one another, and become stronger in every season.

You do not have to figure it out alone.
I am opening just 5 New Athlete Prep spots for competitors who have never worked with Center Stage Athletics before.
This is for athletes who want a personalized, educated, and fully supported competition prep experience, whether you are stepping on stage for the very first time, returning after time away, or ready to approach your next season differently.
Your coaching is built around you, your body, your life, your experience level, your goals, and the life you still need to live outside of prep.
Your prep includes personalized training, flexible nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins and adjustments, posing, show-day preparation and support (in-person or virtual), peak week guidance, and post-show support. No generic meal plan. No Tilapia. No unnecessary fasted cardio. No guessing. No being left to figure out the hard parts alone.
For this limited new-athlete enrollment, the investment is $300 p/mth for your first four months of coaching.
After your initial four-month onboarding phase, your coaching rate will increase based on your individual competition timeline, including how far out your first show is, the length of your prep, and the level of ongoing support needed through peak week and post-show recovery. Any updated rate will be discussed with you in advance so there are no surprises.
There are only 5 openings available because I want every athlete to receive the attention, communication and support they deserve. You will never just be a number with me.

Every show season, I see things backstage that remind me why I coach the way I do.
Dehydrated athletes. Coaches controlling every bite, every sip, every decision. Athletes who donโt know whatโs happening next because no one actually prepared them. Competitors being told what show theyโre doing, what division theyโre competing in, and what theyโre โallowedโ to eat.
Iโve even watched a coach spray water into an athleteโs mouth with a spray bottle backstage.๐ณ
No thank you.
That is not how I coach.
There will be no tilapia-and-asparagus-all-day bro science over here. In fact, I tell my clients not to eat tilapia. Itโs a s**t fish.
I will not ask you to do fasted cardio because โit burns fat better.โ Science says otherwise.
I will not hand you a rigid meal plan and tell you thatโs all youโre allowed to eat. That creates a breeding ground for food guilt, shame, all-or-nothing thinking, and disordered patterns around eating.
Yes, bodybuilding is extreme.
But it can still be approached with education, strategy, communication, and health as the priority.
My job is to fully prepare you for every part of show day, even if I canโt physically be there with you. You will know what to expect, what to pack, what to eat, what to do, and how to navigate the day with confidence.
I will suggest shows I believe will give you a good experience, but I will not tell you where you are โallowedโ to compete.
I will give honest feedback on divisions, structure, readiness, and timeline, but I will not force you into a division you donโt love just because I think it suits my agenda.
This is a team effort.
We weigh the options together. We build the plan together. We fit competing into your life, not the other way around.
And when you accomplish something?
That belongs to you.
Iโm not here to hold your trophy like itโs mine. Iโm here to walk the journey with you, tell you the truth, support you without coddling you, and leave you better than I found you.

Because Iโve lived this sport from every angle and survived to tell the tale.
For 21 years, Iโve been in natural bodybuilding as an athlete, pro competitor, promoter, judge, expediter, posing coach, nutrition coach, training coach, and everything in between.
Iโve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of this sport, and Iโve learned a lot of lessons the hard way so my clients donโt have to.
That experience shapes how I coach.
To me, a coach is not someone who just sends meal plans or macros and workouts.
A coach teaches. Guides. Listens. Leads. Adjusts. Tells the truth. Helps you problem-solve. Supports you through the hard parts. And works with you, not above you.
My goal is not just to get you on stage.
My goal is to leave you better than I found you.
Better educated. Better supported. More confident. More prepared. More aware of your body. Better equipped to handle prep, show day, post-show, and life after the stage.
This is a team effort.
When you work with me, you work with me. I donโt farm out coaching. I keep my roster small on purpose, and I only take clients who are a good fit. You are not just another check-in, another client, or another number.
I practice what I preach. I walk the walk and talk the talk.
No, Iโm not the cheapest coach.
And Iโm not trying to be.
In this industry, you get what you pay for. When your health, hormones, mindset, relationship with food, and overall well-being are involved, why would you trust that to the lowest bidder?

I'm a little late getting this congratulations post out for my amazing client Taylor Turner who placed 2nd in her PRO Bikini B class this past weekend at the OCB Scorcher in Phoenix AZ.
A great showing for our 1st of 3 PRO shows this season just barely missing top 3 in the overall.
Onward and upward for show #2 in 2 weeks!

Taylor and I have been working together for years now, and this transformation is about so much more than what you can see in these photos.
Yes, the physical progress is undeniable. The shape, the muscle, the conditioning, the stage presenceโฆ all of it has grown tremendously.
But what Iโm most proud of is who Taylor has become through the process.
Since we started working together, she has stayed consistent through career changes, moves from DC to NYC, overseas, and then to Texasโฆ and she has never missed a beat. She shows up. She does the work. She communicates. She trusts the process. And she continues to grow, not just as an athlete, but as a person.
Taylor earned her pro card in her very first competition season at the OCB Chesapeake in fall 2021. She made her pro debut at the OCB Conquer in May 2023, earning 1st in her class, then went on to the OCB Scorcher that June where she earned 1st in her pro class and 3rd overall.
And now here we areโฆ her 3rd pro season, first show of three, and she is ready to hit the stage tomorrow at the OCB Scorcher in Phoenix, AZ.
This is what long-term coaching looks like.
Not quick fixes.
Not rushing the process.
Not just chasing a stage look.
Itโs building the athlete, the mindset, the habits, the confidence, and the body over time.
Taylor, I could not be more proud of you. Now go have FUN and show them what years of work looks like. ๐ฅ
